Background

She joined CROSS at UC Santa Cruz in 2016, and “led the effort to create an OSPO Network in the University of California system” (Lieggi UCSC OSPO profile).
She was a co-PI on UC Santa Cruz’s first NSF POSE grant, and co-chairs the CHAOSS University Working Group (Lieggi UCSC OSPO profile).
Before CROSS she researched national security and global trade at the Middlebury Institute’s Center for Nonproliferation Studies (Lieggi UCSC OSPO profile).
Her work includes a forthcoming report on software supply chain security, and a 2023 response to the National Cyber Director on open-source security (Lieggi UCSC OSPO profile).
